We want more of Theo! And now, he’s coming to us to give us a full-on live performance. How festive! As if that wasn’t enough, Saturday also offers more wonderful activities for both young and old. Don’t miss the most fun day of fall break, right here in Heron City!

Would you like to meet Theo? Don’t miss your chance to meet & greet!
We will be handing out free tickets to the meet & greet on the street level between 11:00 and 13:00 (or until tickets run out), so make sure to be there in time to secure a date. Everyone with a ticket gets to meet Theo and take a picture at the meet & greet at 14.00-15.00 on the street level.

From 11.00 a.m. you can pick up a free ticket for the meet & greet at the manned ticket counter at street level. Tickets will be distributed only until the tickets are sold out. Read more about our terms and conditions below.

Take the family on a tip walk!
Answer tricky questions about Heron City, Theo and children’s books. The first 500 children to complete the walk will receive a surprise from ONGO!

*Rules of conduct for the meet & greet and smoothest route to Heron this Saturday:

The Meet & Greet is for a limited time and requires a ticket.
Tickets can be collected from 11.00 on Saturday, November 1 at the manned ticket counter on the street level.
The ticket counter will close when tickets are sold out.

The number of tickets is limited and only ticketed visitors may join the meet & greet queue.

One (1) ticket refers to one (1) picture for a maximum of five (5) people in a family/company.

Queuing for the meet & greet begins after Theo’s performance – only for those with a ticket.

Many people want to meet the popular Theo – but unfortunately we can’t guarantee that everyone will get the chance. Please arrive in time to pick up your ticket for the meet & greet. The number of tickets is limited. A ticket is required to attend and gives you a guaranteed place in line to meet Theo.

Please note that only one quick photo is taken per family and party. The photo is taken by our event staff. Have your cell phone camera and any merchandise ready already in the queue, so the meeting is as smooth as possible and everyone gets their moment to take a picture with Theo and get their merchandise signed.

Welcome to Heron City – we expect many visitors!
Please arrive in good time, as there may be queues for both the activities and Theo’s stage performance during the day.

We recommend that you get here by public transportation. Buses stop right outside Heron City. Please use SL’s travel planner to find the best way to get here.
